When Slingshot is working (as paid for), it's great. However there seems to be a constant issue every 4-6 months with disconnections and slow speeds. That in itself is frustrating, but once you have to deal with their 'Technical Support team' you'll soon discover how woefully annoying being a customer with them really is. Pros

Speeds are great when working.

Cons

Unreliable. Inconsistent. Terribe aftersales support. Customer support is treadful. Phonecalls to lodge an issue is always a 45+ minute affair.

Service have been good. But getting hold of a customer rep requires resilience as you may be on hold upwards of 10 minutes

Pros

Initial setup was easy, upgrade to fibre seemless though we had to initiate the call and request rather than a proactive approach

Difficult to reach customer service

I've been with Spark for a long time, and had fibre for nearly three years. The speed, though not great - 10 up, 50 down, was fine for my occasional OnDemand viewing etc. But the cost kept going up, and they weren't prepared to match other offers.

Pros

Good basic reliable service. Good billing, usage information - I liked the 80% used text, and the ability to download bills etc.

Cons

Spark OK but like all other large companies does not have enough staff to cope with customers enquiries and employs people who first language is not English .
Makes policy decisions that suit them and not their customers.

Shocking customer service way to much hassle trying to access your account when someone else puts there name as the owner of the account and your the main bill payer. Been loyal to these guys for years when there name was Telecom. And cant even access the account. Time for change

they add a $2.50 charge for sending the bill by mail. Too expensive for crap service.

2 degrees broadband originaly Snap. Is poor value for money as they say "Service is there second name." When in fact if you try and contact them you wait on phone for over 35 minutes and they never offer a proper outcome.
Offer poor value as $80 Per month for 50 GB is poor value.
Lacks good support.
So beware as send message and they read message and over 36 hrs later still no response.
